The consulting company UPGRADE on behalf of its client, a newly established international cigarette manufacturing company in northern part of Greece, is looking for (1) one person to staff the following position:
Financial Supervisor
Position Code: FNSPV0122
Required Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years proven working experience as a Financial Executive in manufacturing sector
- Experience in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting
- Experience in preparing financial statements
- Very good Knowledge in English both oral and written
- Excellent ERP user preferably Entersoft
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (use of macro’s, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Working experience in an audit firm will be a strong plus

Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Manager for month, quarter and year-end financial reporting and financial data analysis
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Participate in creation, implementation and review of finance and accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
- Review existing internal procedures and make suggestions on implementing enhanced security arrangements, in order to achieve compliance with customs requirements
- Participate in manufacturing costs analysis and review of reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Review and evaluate cost reports
- Participate in the company’s planning and budgeting process
- Participate in internal audits
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and laws
